Simply Speech Services LLC is founded and led by Shanisa Hendricks, M.S., CCC-SLP — a licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist dedicated to helping individuals of all ages find their voice — whether that means improving articulation, understanding language, or communicating more fluently.

As founder and owner, Shanisa built Simply Speech Services on a commitment to personalized care and flexibility that goes beyond what traditional settings provide. Every client receives a thorough assessment and a treatment plan built around their specific needs and goals.

We also specialize in early intervention services — supporting children from birth through age 3, and bridging the critical gap between when early intervention ages out and when school-based services begin, so no child falls through the cracks.

Private Pay Only: At this time, Simply Speech Services LLC accepts private pay only for private clients. We do not currently accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.

The Evaluation Process

What to expect from a comprehensive eval

Private evaluations are available for children and adults seeking diagnostic clarity, school eligibility documentation, or a second opinion. Turnaround is typically faster than school-based settings, with reports tailored to your needs.

Schedule an Evaluation

Initial Intake & Case History

We gather background information, review prior records, and discuss your concerns during a brief phone or video consultation.

Formal Assessment Session

A 1.5–2 hour in-person evaluation using standardized tools and clinical observation across targeted speech-language areas.

Report & Recommendations

A detailed written report summarizing findings, diagnoses, and targeted recommendations delivered within 5–7 business days.

Results Conference

We review the report together, answer your questions, and discuss next steps — therapy, school eligibility, or specialist referral.

For School Districts

Experienced school-based SLP services, ready when you need them.

At Simply Speech Services, we work directly with school districts as contracted speech-language pathologists — providing the same clinical rigor and responsiveness in school settings. When you partner with us, you benefit from consistent, dedicated service every time.

We understand the urgency districts face when SLP positions go unfilled. We are available for short- and long-term contracts, can step in quickly, and bring a strong understanding of IEP processes, IDEA compliance, and school-based service delivery.

School-Based SLP Staffing

Available for contract placement within your district. I integrate quickly into school environments, collaborate with special education teams, and provide consistent, high-quality services to students on your caseload — without the gap in coverage.

Teletherapy for Schools

Fully equipped for remote service delivery, including live video therapy, asynchronous support materials, and coordination with on-site aides or paraprofessionals. A flexible solution for districts in underserved or remote areas.

IEP Evaluations & Reports

Comprehensive speech-language evaluations aligned with IDEA requirements. I conduct standardized and dynamic assessments, write thorough eligibility reports, and participate in IEP meetings — ensuring students get the services they qualify for.

Contract Therapy Services

Direct therapy services on a contracted basis, billed simply and transparently. I work within your existing systems and scheduling, and communicate proactively with special education coordinators to keep student progress on track.
